I baked this raspberry cheesecake today, one of my go-to dinner party puds. I followed this recipe – http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3842/baked-raspberry-cheesecake – using blueberries as well as raspberries and adding a light dusting of edible gold glitter for a touch of glamour.
